1. About Teep Travel
Teep Travel is a sport and wellness travel platform operated by Arrivo Travel Private Limited, registered in Bangalore, India. We facilitate all-inclusive travel experiences built around sport and wellness activities, including solo trips, group trips, and corporate journeys.

2. Eligibility
Teep Travel services are intended for:

  • Students currently enrolled in recognised educational institutions, or travellers booking as part of a couple, group, or corporate party.
  • Individuals aged 18 years and above. Travellers under 18 require written parental or guardian consent.
  • Persons with valid travel documentation for their desired destination.

3. Booking and payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • The minimum advance amount per person is ₹4,999 (subject to change).
  • Full payment is due as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at 5%, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Teep Travel does not store payment card details.

4. Inclusions and exclusions
Each trip package clearly states what is included (accommodation, meals, transfers, experiences) and excluded (flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses). Please review the trip details before booking.

5. Traveller responsibilities

  • Ensure you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) required for your trip.
  • Comply with the laws and customs of the destination country.
  • Inform Teep Travel of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs at the time of booking.
  • Behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, local communities, and Teep Travel staff.

6. Teep Travel responsibilities

  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the itinerary as described.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we reserve the right to modify or cancel trips, with appropriate remedies as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the Teep Travel website, including text, images, logos, and trip descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Arrivo Travel Private Limited. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability
Teep Travel's liability to any traveller shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
